Day out with Shiyi

Went out with Shiyi today..

Haven seen her since our last day out in Nov...

Haha..

She cut her hair short...

Not so bad afterall...

Anyway, woke up 11 plus...

Wanted to go get my contact lens first...

But den I was too tired...

I decided to go get another day..

haha...

Sasha told me to get amethyst...

Xuehui say brown and amethyst look better on me...

Rafi and Uncle Ibrahim say green..

Lian Chieh say blue and brown..

Peggy say tat blue and green will be the coolest colours...

So.... wat shld I get??

Haha...

Maybe I get alot of colours...

Today I wear blue and green..

Tomorrow I wear amethyst and brown..

Haha..

And Lilian will become Alien..

Wahahahahaha...

Ok... Enough of my nonsense...

So I got prepared..

And because of my outfit today, I got to wear heels...

So I met Shiyi at cityhall...

Went to makan first...

First stop: XIN WANG HONG KONG CAFE!!

Ordered Curry chicken with Rice for myself...

Pork chop with rice and egg for Shyi...

The usual Iced ying yong for me...

Iced milk tea for Shiyi...

Nice!!!! But the curry too salty...

I haven taste rice for like 2 mths....

Haha.... but I din eat all...

About 1/2 to 3/4 left..

Den chit-chatted...

Gossiped...

We always have lots to share...

Or because Lilian is born as a chatterbox??

Took like 1 to 2 hrs to finish tat meal...

Because we were too engrossed in our conversation...

Hahahaha....

Finally, finished the meal and off we go to our second stop...

Second stop: PENINSULAR SHOPPING CENTRE!!

Went to Peninsular plaza...

Lisa-Kaka told me tat I can find checkered tops there...

I made a mistake..

I went to the plaza.. should go to the shopping centre...

The female security was such a -_-"...

Nvm...

Looked for checkered tops..

Quite a lot but I only found guys' checkered tops..

I asked the lady boss..

She say I will have to wait till friday..

Cos the ladies' checkered tops are coming in on Friday..

She gave me a namecard so I can call and ask instead of making a wasted trip down...

Den went to Granny's day out...

A very retro shop with clothes of 70's to 80's..

And the unique part of this shop is tat every piece come in only one...

So tat means if u get a striped black top..

U wont get to see another black one...

Maybe red...

Haha...

So it's not a bad choice actually...

haha...

Third stop: Back to Marina SQ

On our way back, blisters are already forming on my feet...

To make it worse, the blisters burst!!

Each step is like three steps of Shiyi's...

haha...

Went to shop at Marina SQ..

Went to Watsons to get plaster...

Den rested at the toilet..

1st stop: CHARLES AND KEITH!!

I was looking for nice heels or wedges...

I'm kind of in love with heels recently...

haha..

Shiyi was nagging at me tat I still wan to wear heels when my feet are like swollen..

haha..

No choice...

For the sake of nice view, I had to wear..

Just like U cant possibly wear flats with ur prom night dress..

haha...

Tried on lots of them..

Think the salesgirl is also fed up...

I asked for 38 at first..

Den I realised 37 is better..

I tried a beye wedges... and a black heels..

Den I asked for a black wedges...

Haha...

Finally I got my Wedges...

2nd stop: DOROTHY PERKINS!!

Went there to see if there's the tights tat Shiyi wanted...

Got a waist belt... haha

In the end, bought sth again....

Haha...

And guess how much I got my belt??

Alright... stop guessing...

3rd stop: TOPSHOP!!

I din really look at the clothes...

Cos it was Shiyi who wanted to get the tights...

So finally she got one...

Went to the toilet and tried the belt...

So now, everything on me are my new collections...

And off we go to the MRT station...

Haha..

To tink tat we can actually go retail therapy when I am walking like a tortuise...

haha....

Never underestimate a woman when it comes to shopping...

hahahahaha...

And I reached home at 8 plus...

Total damage today: about 2 days' pay...

I still haven shopped for my new year clothes...

haha....

Maybe going out this Friday...

I'm going out with Peggy next week...

Tian ah!! How can I ever save at this rate of spending??
