Happy doing sth... cooking..

Haha.. woke up at 11.17am... and realised tat I cannot delay anymore.. cos I need to go down and buy the ingredients for today's lunch and ondeh ondeh...

Rushed to bath and went out..

"poo dong".. my leg landed on the just done clay... ahhhhhhhh...

I tink the uncle must have hate me alot cos he just done it..

sorry... haha..

Construction outside my house.. a bit inconvenience but is to serve us better.. so.. bear with it first la... haha

Hurrily rushed to the market.. bought lots of ingredients... haha...

actually realised tat the ingredients bought at the wet market are so much cheaper..

haha... cos THE EARLY BIRD GETS THE WORM..

hehe....

cam back... omg.. forgot tat I had to walk on those metal thingy... ahhh... it's a bit of balancing...

haha.... Phew... finally reached my home...

prepared the ingredients.. ah huh.. finally ready for cooking...

cooked one of my fav dishes.. tofu with minced meat... den I was in a hurry to do my ondeh ondeh.. so my grandma cooked...

hmmm... ondeh ondeh or maybe onek onek.. some ppl pronounce it tat way...

Is quite easy to make la...

got the recipe den can le... haha

started off by cooking the sweet potato... den make into mashed sweet potato...

den add in the glutinous flour and pandan juice...

den rub rub rub... den add in the coconut juice...

den rub into a dough...

dn make into small balls..add in the gula melaka...

den cook it.. once it float on the surface... and den mix with coconut...

and there u go... delicious ondeh ondeh.. haha...

was busy trying out cos at first I added too little gula melaka... den after improvement.. I tink still can eat la... haha
